Dead zones cost you sales.

When customers lose signal, they can't price-check, use mobile wallets, or stay long.

SignalUp uses your existing WiFi to deliver secure, seamless connectivity for your customers.

Questions, answered.

What is Passpoint and why does my business need it?+

Passpoint is the technology behind SignalUp. It automatically connects your customers' phones to your WiFi using their carrier credentials. No login screens, no passwords, no friction. The moment they walk in, they have full bars.

How does SignalUp work?+

SignalUp activates Passpoint on your existing WiFi equipment. Once live, any customer with AT&T, T-Mobile, and many more carriers walks in and their phone connects automatically, securely and silently, through their carrier's network.

How much does SignalUp cost?+

Zero. Carriers want to reach their customers inside your building. You never see a bill, not for setup, not ever.

What do I need to buy or install?+

Nothing. We activate Passpoint on the WiFi equipment you already have, remotely, with no technician visits and no disruption to your business.

How long does SignalUp setup take?+

Most locations are live within a few hours.

Is my WiFi equipment compatible with SignalUp?+

Most enterprise-grade equipment supports Passpoint, including Aruba, Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Ubiquiti, and more. We check your setup during the free SignalUp assessment before anything moves forward.

Will my customers have to do anything?+

Nothing. Passpoint handles everything in the background. Their phone detects the SignalUp network and connects on its own. They'll never see a login screen or a pop-up.

What's in it for my customers?+

Full signal the second they walk in. No login, no password, no pop-ups. Their phone connects automatically, giving them a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

What's in it for my business?+

Customers who have signal stay longer, and customers who stay longer spend more. Dead zones are gone, and with them, the friction that hurts your customer experience. SignalUp elevates every visit by making sure your guests are always connected, at no cost to you.

Can SignalUp be hacked or compromise my business network?+

No. SignalUp keeps your business network completely separate. The Passpoint connection runs on its own encrypted channel, WPA3 protected, with automatic threat detection that blocks unauthorized access.

Does SignalUp slow down my existing WiFi?+

No. Passpoint offload traffic is minimal. Most businesses see less than a 10% increase in usage, even with more devices connected. Retail locations often see as little as 1%.

What types of businesses use SignalUp?+

Any business where customers spend time indoors: restaurants, retail stores, hotels, gyms, clinics, car dealerships, stadiums. If people are inside your walls with a phone, SignalUp works for you.
